Conditions & fees
- Applicants must be aged 12-18 years old on 1st September of the year of application.
- An audition place will not be confirmed until the completed application form, references, passport photo and audition fee have been received.
- The audition fee is non-refundable.
- GUITAR CIRCUS requires a minimum of one term’s written notice to discontinue membership.
- GUITAR CIRCUS requires a minimum of one term’s written notice to discontinue membership. If the required notice period is given, a partial refund for the remaining term/s fees may be given. Refunds in any other circumstances are only given at the discretion of The Arts Circus trustees.
- The success of GUITAR CIRCUS is dependent on 100% commitment from all ensemble members. There are limited places available in each ensemble so before applying for an audition please ensure that you are able to attend every month during term time.
- Absence will only be granted in exceptional circumstances. A request for permission to miss a rehearsal must be made in writing to the administrator.
- Repeated failure to attend rehearsals may result in the member being asked to re-audition to evaluate musical and technical progress.
- The annual membership fee of £255 is payable in advance. Alternatively 3 payments of £85 can be made before the beginning of every term or monthly direct debit of £21.25)
